Mr. Bright is an excellent funeral director who guided me through every step with patience and understanding. Esther and Paulette took wonderful care of me and my family, making sure every detail was handled perfectly. Kathy sat with me during the service, and her kindness and support truly touched my heart. I live out of state, but am here to bury my youngest sister. She had chosen Wilson and had made her own arrangements. The only thing I needed to do was tie up some loose ends. When I say Wilson has gone above and beyond in providing the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, compassion, empathy and sympathy during this process, I am amazed and grateful. This is one of the most difficult things I have had to do, and they have walked with me every step of the way. I probably got on their nerves calling with so many questions, but I was always told it was not a problem.
