No respect was given to my grieving family from the start. Took full advantage of the situation to milk more and more money because of the family member that passed died in another state, also how tall and heavy he was. They lied about when his body was being transported, the director never showed up at the time to allow the body to be viewed before any services were performed. After the awake service they decided then to tell us the deceased needed another slot to be able to be buried..on top of all that the body wasn’t even cleansed thoroughly…A huge mess the whole through and through. Only when it came to talking about money was their nicest moments. Never again!

I have used this business twice now and they have serviced three generations in this same family. Communication was never an issue. With covid directly affecting this line of business some consideration must be taken for the sheer number of calls verses staff. As far as services I personally wouldn't go to an open casket after a bad experience at another company. Wilson's handled my mother in law and she looked EXACTLY as her glamour shot looked and when I hesitantly walked my daughter to the casket I was amazed. She l looked like she was taking a cat nap before going out. I walked away relieved because my last image was her resting peacefully and that goes to the great work performed. Thanks for all you've done.

I would like to thank the entire staff for such a great job on my mom and her funeral. She was so beautiful, you guys made it such a comforting process. I was 100% satisfied. This has been a very hard time for me and my family but working with you all made me feel at ease.

This place should be shut down. They way they handle The body casket they just threw him in car like he was nothing. No respect for a lost live. I will never use this place again. They try to find anyway possible way to charge you more money for most little things.
