I live out of state, but am here to bury my youngest sister. She had chosen Wilson and had made her own arrangements. The only thing I needed to do was tie up some loose ends. When I say Wilson has gone above and beyond in providing the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, compassion, empathy and sympathy during this process, I am amazed and grateful. This is one of the most difficult things I have had to do, and they have walked with me every step of the way. I probably got on their nerves calling with so many questions, but I was always told it was not a problem. Mr. Bright went over every detail thoroughly—from selecting the programs, casket, colors, and casket gauge, to explaining when clothing needed to be dropped off and when photos for the programs were due. I have used this business twice now and they have serviced three generations in this same family. Communication was never an issue. With covid directly affecting this line of business some consideration must be taken for the sheer number of calls verses staff. As far as services I personally wouldn't go to an open casket after a bad experience at another company. Wilson's handled my mother in law and she looked EXACTLY as her glamour shot looked and when I hesitantly walked my daughter to the casket I was amazed. She l looked like she was taking a cat nap before going out. I walked away relieved because my last image was her resting peacefully and that goes to the great work performed. Thanks for all you've done.
