You all are most appreciated! The care, expert details, and sheer professionalism resulted in the most beautiful service for my brother's homegoing. It was an extreme pleasure working with all the professionals of this funeral home. The experience of planning the services of a loved one first requires you to face the reality that the person you loved has transitioned. For me, the loss of my mom was very difficult, and everyone I encountered at Wilson was empathetic, caring and polished. From contacting them to notify them of my mom's passing, to the planning of the services, to the actual day of the service and then the driver bringing me home following the service was brilliant. Ms. Paulette in the office was warm and very helpful for anything I needed. Wilson's has been in pillar in the community since I was a little kid, and their quality of service has not aged; they keep the family's need and the dignity of the deceased a priority. Thank you for making my difficult time easier by just the care, concern and professionalism you provided.

I have used this business twice now and they have serviced three generations in this same family. Communication was never an issue. With covid directly affecting this line of business some consideration must be taken for the sheer number of calls verses staff. As far as services I personally wouldn't go to an open casket after a bad experience at another company. Wilson's handled my mother in law and she looked EXACTLY as her glamour shot looked and when I hesitantly walked my daughter to the casket I was amazed. She l looked like she was taking a cat nap before going out. I walked away relieved because my last image was her resting peacefully and that goes to the great work performed. Thanks for all you've done.
